To control the mind is easier said than done. The history of the world is replete with stories of those who tried and failed. Failure seems to be the norm when trying to control the mind. It is very easy to say the words concentration and meditation but to actually do that on a regular basis is akin to a pipe dream. To say that it is not easy, is an understatement. I have tried all kinds of concentration and meditation and after many years I still cannot say what it's all about. Staring at a flame only tires my eyes. Sitting in mantra meditation makes me sleepy or if not, makes me daydream. So, what really is the deal with mind control? Why should we do it?

Mind control is just like Ching's World. I did it even though it was difficult. Nobody believed in it and I still went ahead and did it anyway. Now, my mind is focused on Cagayan de Oro City and I will keep at it until it comes to its own. Cagayan de Oro City is more difficult than Ching's World because there are more competing websites and I have not even begun to see any kind of success. Still, I want Cagayan de Oro City to rise to the top. I will keep on churning until the butter rises to the top, so to speak.
