I can control my mind

I know that I should try and control my mind but this can be a difficult thing. I have tried for many, many years and success seems to elude me. I have finally come to a discovery that my mind is my own after all and I could do with it as I please. The reality which is biting my buttocks is a lousy reality and I have been buying into that. No longer. I am no longer in the business of accepting other people's nonsense. It's my nonsense that I follow from now on. 

Here is some nonsense you can follow: music and the Philippines. They are equally good and just as equally full of nonsense. You can take your pick as to which is more relevant to you in your life.
